Thanks to them, I was able to attend St. Joseph’s Academy high school in St Augustine and later graduated from Seton Hall University in New Jersey where we still own investment properties. Along with New Jersey, my family has been involved in the Florida real estate market since the 1980’s. The market has had its peaks and valleys over this time. However, overall growth to date has been exponential during these years. Let’s remember, Florida is an anomaly (like no other) and has not only national but worldwide allure.
